Operating Systems Upgrade

Running the latest operating system helps maximize PC performance, ensures product  and security. However, installation can take hours. Save time and money by leaving all of the hard work to the experts. We will provide a complete, professional installation, along with reinstallation of drivers, software, and updates. In addition, we will perform a complete backup of your system prior to upgrading as an added service.

Installation and Upgrades to Application Software

Whether you are moving to a newer operating system (OS) or upgrading due to changing application requirements, KMABE Managed Services will get your Windows® operating system or Linux OS and applications up and running quickly. An experienced technical support engineer will perform a complete on-site or in office installation, including assessment, setup, and upgrade of your software.

To ensure your systems are at peak performance, our consultants perform a comprehensive set of tasks that includes:

·         Assessing your Windows® operating system or Linux® OS installation and migration requirements

·         Verifying supported and unsupported systems, peripherals, and software on target systems

·         Complete installation and/or migration and testing of the Windows® operating system or Linux operating system, bundled software, and additional applications

·         Knowledge transfer of the Operating System Upgrade Service

·         Documentation of system configurations and all activities performed

Data Recovery services (deleted file recovery) *

When critically important documents, or other files that are accidently deleted or lost by emptying the “Recycle Bin”, they are no longer accessible to the operating system. Luckily, the contents of the file usually remain on the drive relatively intact until that location of the drive is overwritten.

Our consultants will identify the contents of lost files on the hard drive and recover them when possible. If a file has been partially overwritten, we will attempt to retrieve as much of the file as possible with the remaining contents. This allows you to salvage at least part, if not all, of that recovered file so you can continue using it.

*In most cases, accidently deleted files can be completely recovered or partially recovered. If you have accidently deleted a file(s) it is best to avoid doing any other computer activity until a consultant first attempts to recover the deleted data. Do not run any operating system maintenance utilities until the recovery process is completed.
